Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx, offering a range of delivery options including standard, expedited, and overnight shipping. You can choose your preferred method during checkout.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping speed.
We offer free domestic shipping on orders over $50.
Domestic & International Shipping
We ship to all U.S. states and territories as well as international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times for international orders will vary based on location and selected shipping method.
Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
Shipping Issues & Insurance
If your order is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us right away. We offer shipping insurance to help cover lost or stolen packages.
Split Shipments
In some cases, your order may be split into multiple shipments—for example, if an item is out of stock at one of our warehouses. You’ll be notified if this occurs.
Pre-Orders
For pre-order items, the estimated shipping date will be displayed on the product page. Orders containing pre-order items will ship once all items are available, unless otherwise noted.
Refund Policy
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to start a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please visit our customer return portal.
From there, you can log in, select your order, and request your return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless there is an issue with the product.
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@eternagoods.com before starting a return and include photos of the issue so we can review it and make it right.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@eternagoods.com and include photos of the issue. We’ll review it and help make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products such as special orders or personalized items, and gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have through our return portal. Once your return is on its way, you can place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As noted above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know whether the refund has been processed.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
