I have been purchasing the common page-a-day calendars for many years - with everything from Dad Jokes to cartoons to verse-a-day versions. I enjoy the reveal although I am not always diligent about changing the date every day. I saw this perpetual calendar and decided to go a different direction this year.The calendar has a nice design and is clear and easy to read. The stand is a sturdy cardboard, and the pages are lightweight and yet seem to be durable enough to survive years of use. Each Scripture passage is clearly printed on relatively plain paper - making it easy to read and putting the focus on the passage to inspire and motivate you for the day.The size of the calendar is very similar to those tear-off sheet page-a-day calendars and it fits just about anywhere you would like. Each page is printed on both sides; you turn the pages over and then eventually turn the calendar around to continue through the year. Note that this means if it is sitting on a desk where people (such as guests) might be seated, you will find that what you see and the person on the other side sees a random date. (One photo illustrates this - February 2 on one side and November 30 on the other.) This isn't a deal-killer, though.The cost of the calendar (around $18 at the time of this writing) is a reasonable price, and it does come with a box that makes it good for gift-giving. Of course, you can begin using this calendar any time of the year because it is perpetual. Overall, I'm thrilled with this product.
This perpetual calendar is a really sweet way to start the day. Each page has a Bible verse that feels thoughtful and relevant without being overly wordy. The design is minimal and clean, so it works on a desk or nightstand. My only note is that the paper could be a little thicker, but for a daily devotional tool, it absolutely does what it should , uplift, encourage, and keep scripture front and center.

This Verse A Day Calendar is very compact and sturdy. The paper verses have different restful hues and are a good weight that will not easily tear. It is a self standing flip calendar with metal ring binding at the top. Being 5.75"x5.25", it is large enough to be able to read easily, and at the same time small enough to fit easily on a bedside table or counter. I keep mine next to me and use it to start my daily devotions. I like the NIV translation.It is dated with the month and the date, but does not indicate a "day of the week", so you can begin to use it any time and can continue to use it year after year. For me there is no better way to start my day than with words from the Bible. It is reasonably priced and would make a thoughtful gift.

A simple way to get into the Word daily. I love how it is daily devotional, but not a calendar - so it can be used for each year. I put it on our downstairs mantel - which is where I work - so it is always visible and great reminder of God’s word. Sturdy and high quality.Great value for yourself or a gift! I recommend!

I was so excited for this desk Bible verse calendar to arrive! It is very good quality, and has a different Bible verse on each page for everyday of the year. Its rings are very sturdy and I love the colors which are neutral, making it easy to go with any decor or aesthetic. This is great for your personal desk at home, at work and a thoughtful gift. What’s also great is that you can use it year after year. This is exactly what I was searching for. Just a simple verse each day; large enough text to read easily; no artwork, flowers, or background. It's front and center on my desk at work. My goal is to whisper the verse every time my eyes land on the calendar. Who knows, maybe I'll memorize a few in the process.The page colors are subtle, and I like that they aren't the same color every day. There's just enough variation. This is a very nice perpetual calendar. The Bible verses included are some of the more popular and good ones to know. The font and presentation are easy to read and nice. I love this and i love how you can reuse it over and over as it doesnt have a certain yeat you just flip to the date. Very nice to have. Great verses chosen ans its very pretty and aesthetically pleasing. Its make of thick cardboard for the stand.
