Good diversity of affirmations. Each page has lines on the back so you can use it as scrap paper to take notes afterward, or to pass along a personal note with the affirmation to someone. There's a lot of white space on each page, they could have made the date and quotes bigger. Has a built-in fold-out thick cardboard stand.

Also like that it is ruled on the back for notes. Seems well priced at under $16. Keep in mind, the affirmations are in the first person, like "I am great," as if you were talking to yourself.
