Super cute joke-of-the-day calendar, my 8-year-old is very excited to use when the new year kicks off! Product feels very sturdy, sits up well on its stand.
What a great way to start a day. This little joke calendar gives the kids an extra push to be the first up. They can all read the jokes and share with others and everyone gets to laugh. It’s a freestanding ( you can hang) calendar that’s not very big and easy to fit in almost anywhere. It’s a perpetual calendar so you can use it again next year. It would make a nice gift.
Great clean funny jokes for a youngster. On a nice stand up calendar flip style board. Set up for a daily laugh. I don't know any kid that will be able to stop at just one a day. That's fine, I'm sure my grand will have loads of fun repeating the jokes and puns. Fun item to sit out on a counter, desk, nightstand. Even with repeating jokes, it works as a good teaching tool for learning days and months.
They’re funny enough and seasonally themed. We put it up on our fridge with our 5 year old to do each morning during breakfast. He’d digging the Halloween jokes at the moment.I wish it had a way to easily hang it. I fashioned a longer rope through the spiral loops which hooks to a large fridge magnet which gets the job done. If you are just setting it on a desk or something, the bottom flips out into a tent shape to sit nicely on a flat surface.I don’t have much to compare it to, but if you’re looking for something like this, I wouldn’t hesitate unless your kids are a little older (most of the jokes are a bit eye-roll-y), or you want to hang yours and there are others that make that easier.Quick update - a good sign of kid approval - on our way out the door this morning he stopped in his tracks, realizing we didn't read the joke that morning and I had to run and grab it.
It’s got a joke for every day of the year, which means I’m flipping a new page each morning and it keeps things light. The size works well—big enough to read from across the room but not so huge that it dominates the wall. It came with a stand or hook option so I could place it either on the desk or hang it and it looked fine both ways. What I like most is how easy it is: no fuss, no setup beyond choosing where to put it. Each day I glance over, get a little grin, and move on. For something so simple it’s added a nice little moment of “hey, that’s cheesy but funny” to the start of the day. It’s been especially handy when guests drop by and see a joke—they ask about it and it becomes a bit of a conversation starter. That said there are a few things I’ll mention: if you like elaborate or illustrated calendars this one is pretty minimal so don’t go in expecting full artwork or big glossy prints. The jokes themselves vary in punchiness—some made me laugh right away, others I groaned at. If you’re picky about humor, you might find a couple weak ones. Also, because it flips each day, you do have to remember to change it (yes I missed a few) so if you’re super forgetful then you’ll have to build that habit.Overall though, I’m glad I picked it up. It’s been an easy way to inject a little daily fun without much effort. If you’re looking for something simple, low-maintenance, and cheerful to pop on a wall, this does the job. I’d definitely recommend it for that.
